Anne-Kyle & Drew | Lowndes Grove Plantation

You’re now welcome to board the love story that is Anne-Kyle & Drew. Now, this first sentence may not make sense at the moment but trust us, the meaning will hit you in just a second. These two each found their way back home to Dallas from various cities around the world, and met, happenstance, at a local church in 2017. Nine months into their relationship, the couple had planned to celebrate Drew’s birthday by watching planes take off (can we join?), but Drew had a different aim in mind and proposed to Anne-Kyle at the end of the airport runway at Dallas Fort Worth, turning his own celebration into one of their own. They took to Charleston to plan a waterfront wedding, considering they prioritized having a swoon-worthy reception send-off via boat above all else. Lowndes Grove Plantation checked that box, of course, as their dock is pretty much iconic in Holy City and with a little help from Ooh! Events, their Southern vision came to life. Everything came full circle when a military plane jetted by in the middle of their ceremony. Completely random but completely fitting. And keeping with the theme, Anne-Kyle and Drew shared their first twirl as newlyweds to the song “Come Fly With Me” by Frank Sinatra. Here’s to zero turbulence and a life of adventure for these cuties.
