Caroline and Matt spent four years at the University of South Carolina without ever crossing paths, until their last semester, when they bonded as sports interns working for a local TV station. They moved to Charleston together after graduation, and three years later, Matt got down on one knee while they were visiting Biltmore Estate Winery.
