After meeting in April 2015 at Mount Pleasant eatery The Americano, David and Claudia enjoyed a whirlwind one-year romance. While dining at their favorite downtown restaurant, Halls Chophouse, David surprised his bride-to-be with a customized menu printed with his proposal. Four months later, the couple spent a week vacationing on Folly and held an intimate sunrise ceremony on the beach with only their children and grandchildren in attendance. The family celebrated with a breakfast reception at Blu.
