David Brabham II & Hannah Gersbach

May 20, 2017

David, a senior project engineer, and Hannah, an MUSC nurse, met on a blind date while attending Clemson University in 2010 and instantly connected over their love for Tom Petty. After graduation, they relocated to Charleston, and on their five-year anniversary, David proposed on their neighborhood dock on the Stono River. They exchanged vows at the Gadsden House, where Hannah surprised David by walking down the aisle to a string quartet’s rendition of Petty’s “Free Fallin’.” The newlyweds now reside on John’s Island.
