Andrea, an aerospace engineer, and David, an F/A-18 pilot, were introduced by Andrea’s brother and dated long-distance for two years until she relocated from California to Charleston. Soon after, David proposed at his family’s cottage on the St. Lawrence River in upstate New York as they toasted s’mores over a bonfire. The couple married near the water at the Creek Club at I’On. They currently live on James Island, and plan to embark on a three-week honeymoon tour of Switzerland and Italy this June.
