Virginia natives Emma and Justin met through mutual friends when they were seniors at Radford University. After graduation, they dated long distance for a year and a half, eventually moving to the Lowcountry together. In the spring of 2016, on the way to dinner at High Cotton, Justin surprised Emma with a proposal; family and friends from all over joined the couple that night to celebrate at The Vendue’s rooftop bar.
