South Carolina natives Katie and Adam met at Clemson in fall 2011 and, on their first date, visited a nearby corn maze, a spot they return to every year. After college, the two moved to Charleston and in the spring of 2015, Adam (who was supposed to be golfing) surprised Katie with a ring while she was out to lunch with a friend downtown. They married at the Cathedral of St. Luke and St. Paul, then flew to Westin Playa Conchal, Costa Rica, for their honeymoon.
