Sarah Grace & Martin | Legare Waring House

We hate to do this to you, but we have to tell you some things about bride Sarah Grace that might very well intimidate you (like it did us). Yes, yes, yes, she and her sweetheart Martin (aka “Bug”) got married in the most elegant and ebullient of weddings at the Legare Waring House in one of those celebrations where the varied hues of the bridesmaids’ gowns were repeated in the floral arbor-altar, where the moms and dads were as elegant as they come, and the groomsmen sported oh-so-Southern monogrammed cummerbunds. But Sarah Grace? Not only did she radiate style and good times both on her Big Day, but that gal is also a Ph.D. grad student at the Medical University of South Carolina here in town specializing in bioprinting. (Need a little help there? Well, you know those 3D printers—she’s researching the kind that can “print” tissue, cells, and on.) Yep. And that’s not the whole intimidating picture. Girl is one hot, self-described “fashionista on a budget” with shops of her own on Poshmark and HauteTrader where she changes things up in the most rad way. Check out how such a dynamo does a Big Day here, and then pop into her boutiques to shop her everyday look. Cheers!
