Whether you're a mini-skirt mama or a true believer in tea-length frocks, so called shorties will fill local boutiques this spring-- great news given Charleston's warm climate and sandy shores. Here, Reem Acra plays ode to ballerina with her no-holds-barred tulled tutu dress. Jenny Packham goes a little more demure with a conservative overlay of lace. Our favorite, though, is the perfectly proper bateau neckline and tea-length offering from Theia. Rarely has retro looked so modern!
