Plush Placemat

Plush Placemat | Set your table with placemats, like these designed by Tara Guérard of Soirée, that are awash in blossoms. The look is so lavish, you can easily forgo a formal charger

You will need: Cardboard or foam board Craft scissors Hot glue gun and glue sticks About 50-60 cushion mums (per placemat) Floral scissors Remove stems from mums, cutting as close to the heads as possible without damaging the blooms. Cut board to placemat size and shape (might use pencil and a straight edge to create an even shape). Apply hot glue on back of mum head and affix to board, one flower at a time, one row at a time, until entire background is covered. Let dry, then set table with mats.
