Katie and Eric crossed paths during their freshman year at Florida State University. Five years later, the two Lowcountry residents were on a trip to southern California when Eric popped the question. For their nuptials, the Mount Pleasant residents threw a lavish brunch wedding at Lowndes Grove Plantation. The pair are dotting parents to two dogs, Barley and Brew.
