Both Lowcountry natives, Billy and Aly had met previously at various Charleston parties and events, but caught one another’s eye while watching a Clemson vs. Carolina football game at downtown’s Home Team BBQ. They went on their first date at Stars Rooftop & Grill Room, and have been inseparable since. A year and some months later, Billy told Aly they were going to Sullivan’s Island for a beach bonfire, where he popped the question. They wed at The Dewberry and had their first dance to “Signed, Sealed, Delivered.”
