Caitlin Schuh & Clay Steele

September 28, 2019

Caitlin, from Maryland, and Clay, from Beaufort, met one another at medical school. After graduation, the two were assigned residencies on opposite sides of the country and dated long distance. They visited Charleston often, and on one stay at The Restoration Hotel, Clay popped the question while they were eating breakfast. At their wedding and reception at the Legare Waring House, the couple had their first dance to ”Love is a Verb” by John Mayer. The two plan on honeymooning in Spain this fall.
