Chris Notaro & Marissa Merkin

November 3, 2018
From the time they were 11 years old, Marissa and Chris were pals. After college, they started to date and four-and-a-half years later, the New Jersey natives got engaged in Mykonos, Greece, in front of a glorious sunset. For their Big Day, they asked friends and family to join them at The William Aiken House in Charleston. Why here? Six months before their engagement they had visited the Holy City and Marissa says they fell hard for the Lowcountry in every way possible. “From the weather, to the people, to the bars, restaurants, and shopping, we knew it would be a great place for a wedding weekend,” she says.
