Clay Koch & Lauren Hydrick

April 13, 2019

Though the two worked across the street from one another in Charleston, it took a mutual friend to make introductions for Lauren and Clay. They had one of their first dates at White Point Garden for a picnic, which naturally became the site of their proposal. They were wed at the First Baptist Church, where the congregation was serenaded by gospel choir group Spiritually Yours. An evening reception held at Runnymede Plantation went out with a bang as fireworks lit up the sky while the newlyweds departed for their honeymoon.
