James Island native Adam met Jordan, originally from Marietta, Georgia, through mutual friends in 2018 while both were working in Atlanta. The two started dating, getting an apartment together and bringing Billie, an Airedale terrier, into their family. Years later, after buying a fixer-upper in Columbia, Adam enlisted Jordan’s family to help decorate the empty house for a surprise proposal. Inspired by Adam’s Charleston roots and a mutual love of the Lowcountry landscape, the couple shared an elegant, oceanfront wedding and reception at Seabrook Island Club, surrounded by friends and family.
