Lauren, a school teacher, and Austin, head of business for a posh landscaping group, met in the Hamptons after he cut in line to get into a popular bar; later, he sidled up to her as she waited for a drink and whispered, “You’re beautiful.” A year and a half afterward, they hosted a wedding at Lowndes Grove Plantation. Says the bride, who lives with her husband in Staten Island, New York, “We wanted to get married outside, somewhere warm!”
