Meaghan was celebrating her birthday with friends and family at Michael’s parent‘s downtown home when he gave everyone even more reason to rejoice: He had a drone deliver an engagement ring. The couple had been dating since they met at the University of Georgia in 2009 and later moved to Charleston, where Michael is a project manager for Benefitfocus and Meaghan is an office manager for Free Fly Apparel. They held their wedding ceremony and reception at Hibernian Society Hall and left the party in a horse-drawn carriage that took them to the Dewberry Hotel.
