Oh, to have had an appointment at Mount Pleasant’s Dental Implant Centre on Valentine’s Day 2017! That’s where and when Isaac popped into the waiting room at Patricia’s job and asked his girlfriend of three years to marry him. The couple, who live in Moncks Corner, exchanged vows and celebrated with a reception at the Belmond Charleston Place.
