Randy Miller & Mary Bloder

October 19, 2019

Randy and Mary met when they both moved into the same Mount Pleasant neighborhood within three weeks of one another. From their first year of dating onward Randy took Mary to the symphony on her birthday, and at one concert in December, he proposed during intermission. The two married at Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church, then held their reception at the Gaillard Center. Randy, a nuclear engineering operator in the Navy, and Mary, a dental hygienist, still live in Mount Pleasant and plan to return to the symphony every year.
