When longtime Charlestonians Alexandra and Ryan met for the first time at a Post Malone concert, they discovered an instant connection, moving in together less than a year later. During a weekend trip to Asheville, Ryan surprised Alexandra with a trail of small trinkets representing her favorite things, leading to a box with a ring in it. The couple eloped in November 2022 at Alexandra’s grandparents’ beach house on Isle of Palms.
