One day at College of Charleston swim practice, the coach noticed Sarah and Cameron flirting and challenged them to swim a 100-meter backstroke race, the loser having to buy the other dinner. Fortunately for Sarah, backstroke was her best event, and as promised, Cameron took her out. They fell in love, and seven years later got engaged at the pool where they met. The two wed at St. Luke’s Chapel and now reside on Daniel Island.
