During their undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina, Erica and Freddy met at a dance club. The two were friends thereafter for years, but when Freddy moved to Washington D.C. to pursue a career in professional football, things turned romantic. After the pair dated on and off for seven years, Freddy popped the question in New York City’s Times Square. They tied the knot at Harborside East and celebrated overlooking Charleston Harbor.
