Holy City native Elizabeth met Steven more than nine years ago while the two were working at a pizza restaurant in Winter Park, Colorado. The two traveled extensively during their courtship, eventually settling down in Denver, where Steven surprised Elizabeth with a proposal and a Croghan’s ring. The two eloped in Colorado in September 2023, then paid homage to Elizabeth’s Charleston roots during a stylish photo shoot at the Wentworth Mansion and reception at the Carolina Yacht Club on March 2.
