After moving to Charleston in 2016, Olivia was introduced to Taylor while he was bartending at Triangle Char and Bar in Mount Pleasant. For their first date, Taylor took Olivia to the Pitt Street Bridge to watch the sunset, and the two soon bonded over a love of food, breweries, and adventure. Nearly four years later, while walking on the beach near Fort Moultrie, Taylor got down on one knee. The couple were wed at Alhambra Hall by Olivia’s brother and enjoyed a special dessert of whoopie pies.
