After meeting over drinks at The Shelter in Mount Pleasant, Troy, originally from Maryland, and Victoria, born and raised in Charleston, went on a date that ended with a moonlit walk through the lower peninsula. Two and a half years later, while strolling along the very same streets, Troy asked Victoria to be his bride. The pair celebrated with a ”Big Fat Greek Southern Wedding,” holding their ceremony at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church and reception at the Charleston Marriott.
