Rachel & Jason | Engagement Session

Likely you’ve heard the phrase before, “There are plenty of fish in the sea.” You’ve probably heard it from a consoling girlfriend, trying to bolster your confidence in the fact that you are sure to find the one eventually. But in Jason and Rachel’s case, Rachel literally found her hubby-to-be in just that location. Well, pretty much. The two met on the docks in their hometown of Murrells Inlet when Rachel and some gal pals were hopping on board a chartered boat for a day of fun in the sun. Jason owns a fishing charter company and just happened to be in the right place at the right time and the two locked eyes. Believe it or not, that was that. They introduced themselves and have been low-key inseparable since. Jason proposed, no surprises here, with the ocean as his background and these two darlings are currently in the process of planning their dream wedding at Lowndes Grove Plantation. We can’t wait for the Big Day, but for now, these lovely engagement images from The Happy Bloom will tide (we had to!) us over.
