Upon moving to the Lowcountry to be closer to family, Tim ended up falling for his neighbor Erin, the editor of Eater Carolinas, over a friendly glass of wine. One evening, after countless dates, Tim proposed with a Croghan’s ring at home, and the couple celebrated afterward with friends and family at French restaurant Maison. The evening ended with a pedicab trip to the after-party venue, Bangkok Lounge, for karaoke and pizza from D’Allesandro’s.
